Dr. John is the bomb! I have had to bring my Irish Setter who is 6 years old in to get stitches have his eyes checked for an eye infection I've taken my mutt of a dog in twice for an ear infection Dr. John is an extremely reasonable priced Veterinary doctor he really seems to care about the animals and not about the money which is something that I absolutely love. I couldn't ask for more in a vet he is awesome and I recommend him to anybody and everybody who owns an animal.

We LOVE this vet office. We've taken both our labs and their litter of 7 in and they were great. Everything was explained well and the care for our pups was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Summar is an amazing, caring doctor. Everybody there is so friendly and welcoming.

I recently moved from MN where I had a vet who had the same pets I did (ferrets). I was confident in her treatments and was VERY anxious about finding a new vet for my weezes. Well, I am not worried anymore!!
Dr. John C. Summar and his staff are AMAZING!! There's nothing better than having people refer to your critters as 'kids' (because they are, and ferrets are just perpetual toddlers in fur coats...no lie).
He's got 14 years of experience with the largest ferret practice in the region when he decided to open his own practice. He does a lot of work with Ferret Dreams Rescue, which told me I'd found the right man for the job. I felt comfortable talking with him almost immediately and, dare I say, I already feel more confident with him than my MN vet??

Valley Veterinary Hospital is Fantastic! Excellent services and affordable! Another Plus for me is they also treat exotics!!

Just took our two labradoodles for their annual check up. So refreshing to have an experienced Dr. that listens and doesn't try to up sell you things that your dog probably doesn't need.
